Regular Appearances

Live, no cover, troubadour gigs with various percussionists and special guests. The engagements below are regular when EN isn't busy elsewhere:

Sundays 7pm - 11pm The STAR LOUNGE at the RITZ-CARLTON HOTEL, 59th Street (Central Park South) at Sixth Avenue, solo. No cover, but a drink'll cost ya. Very nice joint. I pretend I'm Bobby Short. Not particularly convincingly, but it's a nice hang.

Mondays 7:30pm - 10:30pm AROMA KITCHEN and WINE BAR, East 4th Street between Bowery and Lafayette. Amazing cuisine; the proprietor/chef is Italian but the menu is more about his vision than his region. Elegant in the Downtown fashion and SMALL so reservations are a good idea. Killer wine bar. EN plays mainly Brazilian music. You can sit in his lap; in fact you pretty much have to.

Alternate Wednesdays (call to confirm dates) 9pm - 12am ANYWAY CAFE, 34 East 2nd Street at Second Avenue NYC (cozy East Village Russian/French, often a "scene")

Thursdays 9pm - 12am ANYWAY BAR, East 16th and Gravesend Neck Road, right opposite Neck Road Station (Q train), Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn (real Russian bar but hip and foreigner-friendly)

Fridays 7pm - 11pm SAPORI d'ISCHIA 37th Avenue and 56th Street, Woodside, Queens (truly great Italian restaurant, wonderful in every way) ten minutes from 59th Street Bridge. Reservations recommended. (718) 446-1500 for directions and reservations.

Saturdays Call Sapori d'Ischia (718) 446-1500 to see if this is your lucky Saturday. EN performs there when he is not engaged elsewhere.
